Oral presentation

The time allotted for regular oral presentation is 20 minutes, 30 minutes will be available for keynote speakers and talks in the special session will last 40 minutes. Please note that all the specified times include 5 minutes for discussion and changeover to the next speaker. Speakers should upload their presentation as soon as possible (in any case before the beginning of their session) directly at the presenter desk, where two computers will be available: 1 Windows-based PC and 1 Mac.

Poster Presentation

The dimensions of the useable work area of poster board are 1.36 meters high by 0.96 meters wide. Each poster board will be marked with the individual poster number assigned to your contribution. Posters planned in Session A (Tuesday 8) should be set up since Monday morning, 7 June, between 08.00 and 08.20 and should be removed between 18.30 and 18.50 on Tuesday afternoon. Posters planned in Session B (Thursday 10) should be set up between 08.00 and 08.20 of the day of presentation and should be removed within 17.00 on Friday 11.

During oral and poster sessions personnel of conference secretariat will be present in the room for any further help.
